(WAP)
The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is designed to assist
low-income households with weatherization measures in an attempt to
reduce heating and cooling loss and thereby reducing the households
energy cost.
The applied weatherization measures will improve the thermal
efficiency of dwellings occupied by low-income households.
